Who We Are

I founded The Alté with my partner in 2020, with the goal of bringing sustainability and fun design to interior lighting and decor. As a designer and creator, I'm passionate about finding new and innovative ways to combine style and functionality, while also reducing our impact on the planet.

For me, the joy of crafting home decor objects comes from the knowledge that my creations have the power to make someone's space a little cozier, and by extension contribute to their wellbeing. Good design has the ability to make people happy, at least for a moment, and that's what inspires me.

At The Alté, our process is focused on crafting truly unique products that are the best they can be for people and the planet. We believe that our designs should not only be beautiful but also functional and environmentally responsible.

We take customer feedback seriously and strive to make home decor products that people will love. Our rapid prototyping process allows us to be flexible and responsive to customer needs, ensuring that we're always creating products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. By embracing innovation and staying open to new ideas, we're able to create home decor that reflects your unique style and personality.

Sustainability as a Design Principle

At The Alté, we're committed to using sustainable materials and manufacturing processes. We make all of our products using PLA, a plant-based compostable material. We believe that it is our responsibility to minimize our impact on the planet, which is why we prioritize using renewable material and reducing waste through additive manufacturing. 

Cutting Edge Manufacturing

At The Alté, we're passionate about pushing the boundaries of design through innovative manufacturing techniques. From the very beginning, we knew that traditional manufacturing methods weren't for us. They're often wasteful, outsourced overseas, and prioritize quantity over quality. 

By using cutting-edge 3D printing techniques, we're able to produce high-quality, luxury-level products on demand. This means that we're able to eliminate waste and reduce our environmental impact, while also ensuring that our customers receive the best possible product.
